Located in the heart of Casco Viejo neighborhood aka the Old Town, it is set back from the main streets down a quiet side street, perfect to not be disturbed. This place is the epitome of privacy. A colonial renovated mansion it has converted into 10 individual apart-suites. We have made the deals with the owners to take over the entire property for our groups - setting you up for success on your Panama bachelor getaway.

LOCATION
Located at the far end of the peninsula of Casco Viejo, you are in the heart of the old town. You walk out your door and you've restaurants, bars, gift shops, photo ops, and more. You're a stone's throw from the brand-new Sofitel. If you don't want to have to take too many taxis or drive spots then this place is perfect because you can walk to the clubs, bars, and plethora of restaurants.

AMENITIES
This colonial mansion converted into vacation rentals is comprised of 10 total separate units within the building, totaling 12 rooms. The ground floor has a 3 bdrm unit with a sofa couch. The upper floors each have a king bed with a kitchenette. 4 units have day beds that can be utilized for sleeping if the group is big. With 12 rooms you can accommodate 18 with separate sleeping arrangements (ie no one needs to share a bed).
There is a rooftop penthouse unit with direct access to the rooftop lounge space and jacuzzi. Via the penthouse, you can access another private rooftop terrace with views of the city. Each unit has en suite bathrooms and vaulted ceilings with central A/C.
Every unit, other than the 3-bedroom ground floor unit, is basically the same layout and setup. Typically groups will designate the penthouse unit as the main party and hang-out area given the indoor/ outdoor flow to the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi.

So let's break it down - how much is this amazing place going to cost? We currently work with the administration of the building to offer the entire building grouped together.
$1850 per night - this is inclusive of any cleaning fees. We can arrange for daily turndown service or a private chef at an additional cost.
This place is in high demand for larger groups so it is best to book with at least 3 months of anticipation or else there is little hope of securing this spot for your group.
