Do invitees count towards the capacity?

The capacity limits on the boats refers to all guests, men & women. 95% of our vessels are flat rate rentals regardless of how many guests you have in your group, but for that other 5% you will be charged for all guests in the group.

Can we bring our own food or drink?

Yes - you can bring any additional beverages or food if you wish. There is no additional charge for bringing your own.

What are the times for the charter?

This is flexible based on the group. We recommend pickup at 10am for 11am departure and return at between 5-6pm. The perfect yacht party is approximately 6 hours. Believe us on this!

Where are we picked up from and dropped off?

We pick up any group at their location if downtown. Downtown refers to the following areas (Casco Viejo - picked up near La Mayor, Bella Vista, San Francisco, Calidonia). If you need pickup outside these areas there may additional cost. We drop off the group back at your accommodation.

What is included in a private yacht charter in Panama?

Each private yacht charter with YC in Panama includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, ice, soft drinks, snorkeling gear, and concierge support. Additional options like catering, DJs, or VIP transfers can be added upon request.

Where can we go during the yacht charter?

Most charters visit the Pearl Islands, Taboga Island, or Contadora Island — each offering clear waters, beaches, and snorkeling opportunities. Custom itineraries can also be arranged.

How long are the charters?

YC in Panama offers half-day, full-day, and multi-day yacht charters depending on your group size and destination.

Can you accommodate bachelor parties or special events?

Yes! We specialize in bachelor parties, birthdays, and group celebrations. We can include DJs, open bar service, catering, and event photography.

How far in advance should I book?

It’s best to book 3–4 weeks ahead, especially during weekends or holiday seasons, to guarantee your preferred yacht and date.

DESTINATION:

The destination is Taboga Island where the wealthy and affluent bring their yachts from Panama City to drop anchor and throw their own parties. We will travel past the Panama Canal entrance out to this nearby island located approximately 30 min from the marina in Panama City where we will pull up alongside all the other yachts in full party mode.
