Typically, we describe "Large Groups" as more than 12 because there are just so few individual accommodation options that have more than 12 bedrooms where everyone stays under the same roof with communal space. Having worked out a special deal with the building administration, we have access to the pool of apartments not sold off or in the rental pool so we are able to combo together up to 20 individual apartments of 1 or 2 bedrooms so that large groups are together, but have their own individual spaces. These apartments are fully equipped and furnished to the same level as a hotel or Airbnb. They are middle of downtown, all with balconies so we can host up to groups of 25.
