The price ranges pretty dramatically from high season (Dec - May) and low season. During high season the place can cost upwards of $2000 per night, but realistically, this is a steal for the location, the amenities and the amazing party you can have. Low season can be as low as $1000 per night.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
In the rental price, daily turn down services or cleaning services are not included. Additionally, there is no chef automatically included, but can be added though not recommended for this property. Our concierge services are included and final cleaning fees are already included.
